He said to them in reply, "Whoever has two cloaks should share with the person
who has none. And whoever has food should do likewise."

Pastoral Council-
The Pastoral Council aids and advises the pastor to help the parish
to better know, love, and serve God and our neighbors. Each
year, they study and evaluate a different area or aspect of parish
life in order to advise the pastor and ministry team leaders of the
studied areas. Prayer and scripture are part of every council
meeting, which takes place at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the
month. Meetings usually last for at least 2 hours and there
may be preparation time for the meetings.

Stewardship Commission-
The commission, along with the pastor, is
committed to the message of "Stewardship as a Way of Life."
This will be done by promoting, organizing, and facilitating
activities based on the four pillars of Stewardship: prayer,
hospitality, formation, and service. The goals and objectives
of the Commission invite St. Mary parishioners to experience,
witness, and live the Stewardship Way of Life in response to their
baptismal call to discipleship by sharing their time, talent, and
treasure for the good of the Church and to build up God's Kingdom.
Meetings are on the third Tuesday of each month-August through May.

Evangelization Commission-
Evangelization is the essential mission of the
church. Evangelization is everyone's responsibility. The
Commission is responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing and
evaluating the evangelization efforts in the parish. The
Commission will develop goals to help the parish become an
evangelizing parish. These goals will focus on the three
following actions:
1. deepening the faith of the Catholic;
2. inviting and welcoming baptized members who are alienated
and separated from the church;
3. inviting the new members into the life of the faith
community.
The commission will meet the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00
p.m.
